Organization:
- 2 Teams
- Ball each that is placed at one end of the square
- Red and Yellow cones placed in the middle
Instructions:
1)
- The aim is to flip all cones upside down. First team is the winner.
- Process is repeated to get them faced up.
2)
- Players are now able to turn the other teams cones over.
- Winner is the team with the most cones turned over.
3)
- After players turn the cones over they must perform 2 juggles before going to the next cone.
- Winner is team with most cones turned over
Coaching Points:
- What movements do players use to move from one cone to the next? Shuffles, Sprint, Changes of direction.
- How do players strategize? Verbal/ Non Verbal Communication

Organization:
- 30x30 area
- Ball Each
- 6 Yellow cones and 6 Red cones
Instructions:
- The coach will demonstrate various touches, moves and turns with players counting how many cones they can visit.
1) Tight dribble around red cone with left followed by the right on the yellow.
2) Pullback turns with both feet side turns encouraged.
3) Scissors at red and L turn at yellow
4) Box touches at red and stepover at yellow.
Coaching Points:
- Awareness of other players
- Slow in fast out when turning
- Can players perform movements with both feet

Organization:
- 2 teams of 6
- Balls start with Counter Attacking Team (blue)
- 1 pug net, 4 big cones, 2 discs and all the soccer balls
Instructions:
- Blue team plays the ball in to begin 1vs1.
- The red player has 3 options to score with 1 points for the gate and 3 for the goal.
- If the counter attacker wins the ball they must stop the ball in the shaded zone.
Coaching Points:
- Creativity: Play with confidence, dazzle with skill.
- Change of Speed: Sqaure the defender up before using a burst of speed to go past.
- Changes of Direction: Can you use a turn to create space to go another goal.
Progressions/Regressions:
- 2v1 attack where 2nd defender joins if the ball is won.
- 1vs 2 (If 1vs1 attackers show success

Organization:
- 3vs3+1GK
- 1 ball
- 40x30 area divided into 10x30 sized 3rds
- 1 Goal, 2pugs (cones if no big goal) 2 sets of pinnies
Instructions:
- Ball starts in middle third with the player having the option of passing or going 1vs1
- Goals can be scored in either third with 3 points awarded for a goal on the GK
- Counter Attacking team can score in the two goals ahead of them.
- To begin with players must stay in their zones.
Coaching Points:
- Decision Making: When to pass? When to go 1vs1?
- Off the ball movement: Can players use the space in behind. (movement during progression)
Progressions/Regressions:
- To increase realism 2 attacking players are allowed in the attacking zone to create an overload.
- Zones are taken out for free play and 1 player added to each team.

Instructions:
- Free play scrimmage with the only condition is that the ball is restarted from a kick and GKs must kick from ground or throw.
