DESCRIPTION
The GK will start from a Kneeling position behind the poles or behind the cones,
The coach stands in front of him/her, and throws the ball up towards the far cone or pole.
The GK stretches his/hers right leg and dives to catch the ball
after 5 dives changes the side.
PROGESSION 1 - FALLING WITH THE BALL IN HANDS AND MAITAINING CONTROL OF THE BALL
(After the catching, the GK breaks his fall by making sure the ball hits the ground first.
COACHING POINTS
Keep the ball forward, and fall diagonal from the goal line,

DESCRIPTION
Gks, are set in a triangle shape with the coach.
Coach plays the ball to GK, and upon receive , take another touch and pass to the other GK.
Coach them move back or side ways to receive the ball from GK 2.
Sequence continues as 5 receives per GK at each foot.
PROGRESSION 1 - Short one touch Passing on LEFT and Right side
Coach pass the ball between the poles, GK immediately upon first touch pass the ball back
PROGRESSION 2 -Directional First touch OUT in front
Coach pass the ball between the poles, GK takes a touch away from the poles and pass it back to the coach.
PROGRESSION 3 - Opening up to Receive the pass
Coach makes a low pass between the cones, GK 2 ask here, control the ball with his 1st touch and pass the ball through the cones to GK 3 with his 2nd touch, both touches with the same foot. GK 3 controls the ball and passes(Right foot) it to the coach or to the GK 1.

Eyes on the ball as you receive, eyes at target as you pass
Foot position upon receiving and passing
Body dynamics to receive the ball
GK should not take a heavy touch upon receive it, keep control of the ball.
