Setup:
Endzones are 35x20. Middle zone is 35x12.
3 teams of 6.
In possession setup with back 5 & #8.
Defending team presses with 3 and 3 in middle zone
Activity:
Only defense can score. 1 point for scoring behind CB's (setup 8 yard wide gate).
Must make 3 passes in zone before option to transfer to far zone.
Opposite team may send a player into MF zone to help transfer.
Coaching Points:
~ Cutting off one pass when pressing
~ Central players press centrally (don't chase ball around)
~ Recover centrally
~ Middle players checking shoulders and sliding to deny passing lanes

Setup:
Half field
Groups of 7 players (3 forwards + 2 CM + #2/3)
Activity:
7 attacking players work in unison to press based on where coach call's the ball is. For example, the above is "#3".
Players sprint from starting positions to where they would press.
Players do about 5 rotations and then rotate with next group of 5.
Coaching Points:
+ We are trying to force teams to play long by cutting off nearby passing options.
+ High intensity!

Setup:
Half field with a center vertical line
Attacking team setup on right & left side of field: #'s 1, 4, 2, 6, 8, 7
Defending team setup with #'s 9, 11, 10, 3
Activity:
Alternate left and right sides.
6v4 in each half.
Ball starts with GK and team attempts to build up a side to dribble/pass over the half line.
If defenders win ball they attempt to score in big goal.
Progression:
+ GK plays a few long punts/goal kicks
Coaching Points:
+ Line of contention: deep because defending team must cover goal (half line).
+ 7/11 forcing play inside
+ #9 looking to pick up other team's #6

40x60 grid
2 teams of 6 plus 2 neutrals (wingers)
Teams in 1-3-3 formation
Activity:
May only have 3 defenders in a given zone (progress to 4).
Attacking team can ONLY transfer zones on the dribble.
Coaching points:
+ Drop to line of confrontation when GK touches ball
+ See one screen one until first pass is made (don't get split)
+ Force play central in attacking half
