Set-up: Players positioned as demonstrated with 8x8 box at top of penalty area
Activity: Shooter gets 2 touch to shoot ball from 1 and 2. Shooter gets 1 touch for ball from 3 and 4 with a recycle around pk spot in between. Balls served in air or ground.
