The start line, begins the passing combination. As soon as the ball is started, that player, will make a wide run to recieve the ball to perform the low cross.
The second line will touch the ball into the 3rd line's path, and then make a C run to the far post.
The third line will recieve the ball from line 2 and play the ball wide to the runner who initiated the passing movement and then make a hard run to the near post.
The low cross comes into the target area and the ball is finished 1 touch. A slight variation, the runner on the far post can ask for the near post runner to "leave" and then finish 1 touch on the back post.
Players rotate lines and responsibilites.

Session continues with 2 games of 7v7, or if numbers were limited, you could play 5v5, but with no keepers and mini goals.
Emphasis is on low crosses! A goal scored off of a low cross is worth 2 points and any other goal, only 1 point.
Players must look to combine and get the ball out wide and make good runs into the "target area" to complete objective.
25 minutes of play.

Playing Low Crosses (20 mins)
in this section of the session, the coach is playing balls on to runner in the outside channel.
The runner plays the ball on the ground into the target area (outlined by cones) across the penalty box.
A second line of players are running on to the ball to finish the early cross with a 1st touch finish.
Players should communicate clearly with each other, calling for the ball while making their runs. Players should rotate between crossing line and finishing line.
Cones and poles are already set up for activity to change to crosses from the left.
