Objective:
For players to recognise when and how to switch the point of attack
For players to recognise the type of pressure the opposition is applying
Organisation
The area is 48x48 with 4 24x24 areas inside. Target players are on the outside of the area and will be positioned diagonally from each other.
Session Explanation
There will be a 3v3+1 in the playing area with a target player to make a 5v3 in possession. The objective is to combine 4 passes together before switching the attack to the other target player. The first block players will be locked into a quarter, the neutral (black) will always be on the team in possession to create a larger overload. The defending team (blue) who will only be managed has the objective of not being split, when the ball turns over can they keep possession with their target players.
