Set Up:
2 15x20y grids next to each other.
Description: 2v1 with focus now on moving forwards/towards goal
- Focus on decision making on whether to pass or dribble (what is the best option?)
-If defender wins the ball they can pass the ball through 2 small cone goals.
Coaching Points:
1. Angle to receive a pass
2. proper decision when to dribble or pass.
3. recieve the ball to go forward. (Open Hips)
4. Communication.
5. Movement to create space of the ball
6. Combine to beat defender.

SET UP:
Can use same grids as before 15x20y or expand and make them bigger to suit ability level of players.
Description: 3v2
- Attackers can score in either of the 2 goals = 1 goal, or score by dribbling through central gate = 3 goals.
- If defenders win ball, they can score by dribbling to end zone, where attackers started.
- Attackers always start with a ball at their feet from middle zone. Rotate the defenders every possession.

Organization
- 3 attackers vs 2 defenders
- 1 GK
- 5x5 square at the end of the area for a recovery defender
- Balls start at the middle cone
Description:
- The aim is for the attacking three to score on big goal quickly with forward passes and runs
- As soon as the middle player starts the attack a recovery defender can track back to make it 3vs3
- If the defenders win the ball they can dribble into yellow square to get a point.

Good decisions when to dribble, pass or shoot. Can they combine with eachother and move off the ball to create options and/or space.

Warm-Up (10 mins)
Set Up: Create a Pentagon shape, sides from 7-9 yards long
Description: 3 or 4 players, 1 of those on the inside with a ball, others on a side of the pentagon. The player in the middle passes the ball to one of the outside players and then goes to an open space (side, without losing sight of the ball. Outside player receives the ball and dribbles to inside. Once inside the player passes the ball to another player, then moves to open space (side).
