Set up a 10x15yd grid.
Place a goal with or without a keeper at one end of the grid.
Split the players into 2 even teams and number them from 1-6 and have the players lay on their stomach on each side of the grid.
Coach will call out a number and both players on each side that have that number will enter the grid and battle over the ball to see who can score first.
Coach can mix up the numbers by calling out 2 numbers to make it 2v2, 3v3 etc.
