3. Second 2 minutes: same but swap sides
4. Third 2 minute block: player plays other player to his feet, player controls ball ball infront and around cones and finishes ( blue players)

1. Heavy overload (e.g., 3v3 +1 or 4v4 +2)
2. Area to be atleast 4 metres away from goals - players must shoot from within playing area
3. Put 2 small goals in both sides of big goal - 2 goals if the ball goes into small goals, 1 goal if it goes into the big goal
