SESSION 2 - THE "M" DRILL
ORGANIZATION
Agility ladders, cones, soccer balls
DESCRIPTION
players start behind he ladder, at the coach command a player will perform each foot step agility drills
sprint to the cone, receve the ball and pass back, change direction at the middle cone and receive he ball with the opposite foot at the other cone, spribt to the ladder again performibg the same foot stepp agility as on prevous ladder.
PROGRESSION
All phase on receiving,(voley, shoe laces,chest,tigh,inside fooot, head)

CIRCUIT 3
ORGANIZATION
cones,soccer balls
DESCRIPTION
Players begin touch the ball as toe-toe touches, at command they accelerate to the foot work area for ball mastering skills 10 sec, accelerate again to the dribbling zone, after they fiish this zone they will accelerate again to the next foot work area for plyometric ball work 10 secs, and pass the ball back for the next group.

CIRCUIT 1
ORGANIZATION
4 manequins or poles, long line,rope, soccer balls, hurdles, cones and tall cones
DESCRIPTION
Players will start behing the rope, wit legs movement (light activation), at the coaches command they will hope over the first rope, perform toe-toe,toe-toe for 10 secs, short acceleratuon to the hurdles, and hope side by side for another 10 secs, accelerate to the soccer balls and perform iside-inside touches for 10 secs, at the coaches command, they will sprint and change directions between the cones.
PROGRESSION #2
players will hope side ways over the rope, hope sideways over the soccer balls, back and foward at the hurdles, hope foward at the second line, perform toe-toe ,and side side touches, backwards athe tall cones, jogging back
PROGRESSION #3
They will perform the first drill, at the end they will dribble to the cones and pass baack to the next player
