Set-up
Teams of 3 or 4, Team defending has 2/3 defenders and one GK, rotate GK each round. The FB plays wide and then makes an overlapping run. The winger must use the overlapping run. Then continue to the goal, creating a 3v2. Swap roles each round.
Progressions - Winger can decide to use the overlap for a pass or a dummy run. - 2 touches for cross
Challenge - a goal scored from a 1st-time cross is worth 3 goals.
Coaching Points- Time the pass, wait for instructions to release.

- Pass quality, the weight of pass must be perfect, in front of the player.

Set UP:
Att v Def. The game always starts with the LB or RB. Only the DEF LB or RB is allowed in the wide channels to create an overload in attacking favour. Must be at least 1 overlap before a shot on goal. Defending team to score in mini-goals.
Coaching Points:
- Wingers commit the opp fullback, use the run for a cross as a decoy or make the pass, decision making.
- FB time the run, stay onside and receive at pace, look for triggers. EG, has the defender committed? has the RW moved out?
- CM - movement to receive, drop deep.
- COMMS, hold, release. call the overlap etc.
Rewards - any goal from the first time cross is worth 3 goals.
Restrict - must be a first time cross.

Set-Up -
In groups of min 4. Pass into the centre player, make an overlapping run, receive the ball back and pass to the next waiting player. Rotate centre player each minute. Centre player must make movement off the cone into space.
