Quick passing exercise; (Short, short, long)
1 Passes into 2 and receives it back in front of him, 1 then hits the ball long into 3, before running down the line and hitting a 1-2 with 3 before 3 passes into the path of 2, who knocks it back into the path of 3 who hits it long to the next man at 1.
Movement see's 1 run long, play short, then turn inside 3's pass to take up the role of 2 second time around.
2 plays short into 1, then runs around 1, before playing short into 3 and taking up the role of 3.
3 is played in long by 1, plays in short to 1, then short to 3, before playing long back into the 1 position, before running long and playing 1 back in before joining the queue at station 1.

Organization:
- 2 teams 7 v 6 with GK
- 1 big goal and 2 small goals
- half fields with the corner mark as outside field
Instructions:
- teams with GK defend big goal
- every ball start on the half of the field for the attacking team
- corner field are not part of the fields

Quick passing combinations;
Players set up (min 2 to a cone), first player plays into the middle, with both central players linking up, before a quick ball into the path of the running man, who passes into the adjacent corner and follows his pass. It then repeats, with central players continuing to link before the pass into the flanking run.
