Description

Method: 2 v 1 T2D

Coaching Points:

Set up two 20 x 20 grids with goals either end.

Red team on one grid create 2 v 1 against Blue team.

Blue team create 2 v 1 against Red team on opposite grid.

Looking for players to attack the space, commit the defender.

Overload running, with movement to create space.

If defender wins the ball, they are joined by a teammate creating a 2 v 2.

Progression:

2 v 2 with an extra player added to create 3 v 2 for defending team.
