Encourage shooting opportunities. whenever there is space to shoot - take it.
Game starts with ball at CM.
Allow game to play out.

20 Markers to mark out 'Red' area
10 bibs per team
Coaching Points:
- Defend/ press in groups
- Force the ball when by blocking lines and pressing
- Set traps in wide areas

Instructions:
- Restricted to zones.
- Attacking Center back who plays pass into midfield can join in to create 4v3 in midfield.
Coaching Points:
- Movement of forwards (individually and together).
- Creating space (looking to split two center backs).
- Timing of runs to receive the ball.
- When/ where to shoot
Progressions:
- Remove zone restrictions.
