Organization- Cones, balls, pinnies
Duration- 20 minutes
Instructions- Start with 2 lines attacking, start left side with the ball. Player makes pass, runs forward to receive return pass and finish on goal. Players switch lines. Run for 5 minutes then switch to the right side with the ball.
Progression- Add defender for recovery run and a keeper.
Coaching points-
Finish with 2 touches (controlled) and one touch proper foot.

Duration- 10 minutes
Instruction- Split into 3 groups
A players go through agility course 5xs, they are the timers for B and C.
B players pass out to C players who try and score from outside the 18. Passer from B becomes keeper, keeper retrieves the ball and returns to line.
C finishes with either one or two touches.

Organization- Cones, 5-6 balls, pinnies, 15x20 grids
Duration- 20 minutes
Instruction- Spilt team into groups of 6, adjust based on numbers.
Split into 2 teams of 3. Blue player starts by passing to red for a 2v1, red players must either dribble though the end cones or pass to their partner across the end, option to play to goal.
Red players sprint back to start and repeat until all the balls have been played.
Outside players are retrieving balls to opposite end for the blue team to go in the other direction
