Method: 3 v2 choice game ..
ball starts with coach who feeds the ball to red neutral , he or she then plays the ball to team of choice and they play 3v2 to goal , if the ball is saved and remains in play and opposition attacks then the red becomes a neutral to team in posession but cannot score .

Method: 6v6 Double headers
everyone plays each other twice AvB, BvC, CvA if A beats b in the first game 2nil then when the second game starts it starts at 2 nil !

0pts for a loss
9v9 build up play games , retreat line to start , no throws or corners !
game always starts off a goalkeeper , emphasize the importance of angle to receive and then after a while coach how to press the ball from the front .
