Set-Up:
- 2-3 players on each cone
- Balls start with the coach
- Two goals
Instruction:
- The coach plays the ball into the red team who add a player from each side. The blue team adds one player resulting in a 2vs1.
- If a defending blue player wins the ball another blue from the opposite line can make it 2vs2.
- Once play breaks down the coach will begin the game by passing into the red team.

- What is the best way to attack a single defender?

- Quality of pass

Set-Up:
- 3vs3 or 4vs4
- Goals face away from each other and are positioned away from the by-line similar to hockey.
Instructions:
- This is a regular game with the goals just placed differently.
- The aim is to encourage players to move off the ball.
- The game can be end to end or teams can have the option of scoring in both goals.

- Quality of pass
- How do players receive the ball?

Instructions
- Players look to the ball away from the middle player whos aim is to win the ball.
- If a players maeks a bad touch, pass or looses it to the defender they swtich
- Its important to keep the tempo high.
