Progression:
Pass starts in same location, however its defender starts in position 2.
Organisation:
6 cones are used to mark the playing area which is divided into two equally sized squares. The area's size has to be created adequate to the given age category. Also consider the players' abilities when you size the field. Players work in pairs in this small sided soccer game and they change their roles and positions periodically.
Number of Players: 4 - 20
Repetitions: 4 - 6
Series: 2 - 4
Time: 10 - 30
This small sided game starts with a pass by one of the defenders (A). When defender A passes (1) the ball to the attacker (A) the two defenders immediately sprint and one of them (A) turns around the yellow stick to come inside the first playing area (A). Other defender turns around the red stick to go into the second area (B). Defenders can act only in one area. Attacker getting the first pass has to play his team mate by passing the ball back (2) to him. When attacker B gets the ball they can play free in a 2v1 situation in the first area and go through it to the other field against their one opponent.
