Organization:
-2-3 Grids, set at 25-15yards
-3-4 Playes per grid
-Balls start on the side with the most players
Instructions:
- Player A starts with a long pass to Player B
- After pass, Player A moves to the blue cone and receives a short pass from Player B
- Player A makes another short pass back to Player B
- Player B makes a long pass to Player C
Coaching Points:
- Proper part of the foot for a driven pass
- Plant foot planted farther away from the ball to get a lifted pass
- Take first touch away from the Player following their pass
- Players on their toes and body behind the ball to avoid it rolling away

Organization:
Set up as shown. Three teams of 5. Middle team defends.
Instructions:
Switch the ball to the far grid to score a point for your team.
Defending team must win the ball back and get it to the middle to switch and become an attacking team.

P. First team to five points wins
P2. Five passes before you can switch

Organization:
- Midfield Scrimmage
- Two 5 yard Channels set on the wings
- 1 Player in each Channel(Neutral Player)
- Two teams of 4 on the field
Instructions:
- Scrimmage with Two Neutral Players on the wings
- Defenders may not enter the wing
- Neutrals may not enter the field
- 1 Team goes to big goal, other team goes to mini goals
- Switch after 10 minutes
- Players get 1 point for scoring without using the wing players and 4 points for including them in the play leading to a goal.
Coaching Points:

Organization:

Instructions:
Players pair up and take it in turns clipping the ball into their partner (must be in the air)
Partner must control the ball (one touch) and get it as close to the cone as possible.
The pair with the ball closest to the cone each turn gets a point. First to five points wins.
Coaching Points:
Approach the ball off center
Weight of the pass
Lean back for elevation
Little follow through
Progressions:
P1 Switch and play against different opponents
P2 Must use the non dominant foot
R1 Players can use their hands to bat the ball down (like Kan Jam)
