Instructions:
GK to move from cone to cone only by using the leading leg to launch and land
Progression:
GK to set at marker to receive a shot from C
Coaching points:
GK to ensure he is using his leading leg to power over to the other side
GK to be balanced throughout the drill
GK to land on 1 leg and to set and blance, then change

Instructions:
GK to do a 2 footed jump over the 4 hurdles to set at end for:
* scoop
* L & R mid
* L & R low
Progression (1)
The jumps are to be 1 legged
Progression (2)
GK to rise for a total of 4 save - always moving forwards
Coaching points:
GK is initially setting properly and taking the ball using a step into the ball
GK is always moving forwards and attacking the ball
GK is using the correct hands to receive the ball
GK always laninding on both feet with head & feet facing the ball

Instructions:
GK to start at cone, C to throw ball & GK to dive forward over the marker to save.
The GK will rise andmove behind the opposite cone and come around for the 2nd save over the 2nd marker, this continues until the GK has made 6 saves.
Progression:
GK to move through the 6 saves and then receive a shot
Coaching points:
GK to hit the marker at each cone forcing the GK to dive forward
GK to keep moving through the drill with effective small and quick feet
GK to get early eyes on the next ball
GK to have good hands throughout

Instructions:
GK to be at the marker and to take the serve from the coach.
The C to move the ball around a little with the aim of the GK to stay on his feet and move his body behind the ball rather than diving or catching the ball without his body behind the ball
The distance may need to be increased between the C & GK in order to give enough reaction time
Coaching points:
GK to set set and ready for the 'shot'
Quick movement is a must as is good hands
C to start slow and increase tempo
