GK Movement and Set Position (20 mins)
GK Handling and Footwork Session
4 outfield players at Left, Right & Center of goal.
Players pass ball around, looking for an opportunity to shoot at goal.
GK must follow ball, facing player in set position and ready to make a save.
Sidestep footwork, quick feet, set position, on toes, ready.
