Various attacking practices that haven't yet been put into a team session.

- Two similar practices can be done on either side, right or left with the same equipment. Mirrored session possible.
- Players on the left practice run with the ball through the alley, come to the defender and either take it inside or outside of them to put themselves in a shooting position. Around the small goal is worth 2 points, wherein the small goal is worth 1.
- Same rules apply for the other practice, zigzagging through the area, reacting to each cone with a piece of skill.
- Join the opposite side after each attempt.

- Three teams split equally, two teams within the playing area and the other team are feeders & receivers.
- One team starts off with possession, usually the team didn't have possession last time.
- The idea is to play the ball forward to the opposite end of where the ball is positioned when played in, aiming to score in either of the small goals, with no passing limit or restriction before attempting to score.
- The players on the outside can be used, but not directly tackled. They feed the ball when a ball goes out of play.
- If a goal is scored, the team that scored swap to become the feeders, and the team that conceded aim to attack straight away to the opposite end, with the opposing team reacting.

- Two teams split equally, both allowed to freely move in the first two areas on the left.
- One team starts off with possession, played out from the GK, each team have three attempts before swapping team roles.
- The idea is to play the ball forward into the final third, using through balls to beat the offside trap, which is set by the area.
- Once the ball is played into the final third, anyone can enter.
- No passing limit or restriction before attempting to score.
- If the other team win possession, they attack the opposite goal from where it came from.
- Play carries on until a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play.

- Rotating the group each time, playing unopossed, attacking twice down alternate sides.
- A one-two combination is played between the two players on the halfway (1)
- A through ball is played into the path of the winger to receive on the move, this is the trigger for the attackers to move (2)
- No matter the result of the attack, the GK plays the current ball or a new one into the path of a winger on the move, on the alternate wing (3)
- The team attack the opposite goal with a GK ready to be attacked, after this attack, the next group begin from number 1.

- A team of rotating defenders, starting on the halfway mark, swapping each time. A team of attacking players rotating also.
- The ball gets played for a one-two combination between two attacking players around the halfway (1).
- A through ball is played into the path of the winger to receive on the move, this is the trigger for defenders to recover & attackers to move (2).
- The winger runs with the ball and creates an opportunity to cross for the attackers to attack the ball (3).
- After the attack, the defensive team of two can look to counter-attack, using the GK & their other two defenders waiting, whilst the initial attackers recover.
- Once both attacks have come to a stop, the play begins from number 1 again.

- If a player runs too early, it is called offside by the coach.

- The ball is played into one team to start, which is the trigger for two players to press.
- The aim for the team in possession is to play a pass into either of the two players waiting.
- After receiving the ball, they attempt to do the same task, transitioning into defenders if successful.
- If the pass isn't made successfully, the coach plays a new ball into the two players waiting.

- Players begin in pairs, with one goalkeeper remaining in goal.
- Play begins with one player having a shot, and then set the other player for a shot.
- As soon as the second shot is taken, and goes in or is out of play, the second station comes out with the ball to make a 2 vs 2.
- After they've attacked, they then become two defenders vs station number 3 players.
- Each team of players go from station one to two, to three and then swaps partners.

Progressive Overloads
- Teams split equally & two GK's, if there is an extra player, they begin the practice.
- The first player comes out with the ball and has a shot on the opposite goal, from there, he is now the defender.
- Blue players 2 & 3 come out and overload, trying to score in the opposite goal.
- Once out of play or in the goal, two players from the red side come out and overload to attack making it 3 vs 2.
- Each time two players come out together until no players are left. The practice is then restarted with new players beginning and different queue orders.
- If the defence wins the ball, they attack their opposite goal, and play continues as normal.
