This is practice is 3v1 with in a 12x12 yard area with a 3x3 box in the middle.
>> The aim of the practice is to work on players passing and speed of passing to create the defender to move around his box so they can look to penetrate.
>> Every timr the players penetrate the box its is a point if the defender wins the ball then the players change round.
Technical :-
>> Passing, receiving, combination play, dribbling
Tactical :-
>> When to speed up the tempo of the play.
>> When to risk or retain.

>> The area is a 30x20 yards, The pitch is set up into halves and is 2v2.
>> Players must stay in their half of the pitch.
>> Floaters (green) can go anywhere.
>> To score players look to play into the free zone and play into the other half of the area. They can keep possession by playing from one half to the other but no points are scored this way.
Coaching Points :-
>> Create space in the middle (long&wide).
>> Rotation of players i the free zone.
>> First touch and Control.
>> Support play in a 4v2 (angle, distance, penetrating pass).
>> Movement to help the team create gaps.
Progression :- 5v5 game with GK ..
