for kids ages 3-5 years (had to put u6 due to youngest it would go!) make session fun and try to follow a story.

technical (20 mins)
Pirates are now on the ship but the ship is broken and needs fixed before we can sail to treasure island coach is the captain of the ship. There are 4 problems that need fixed.
1st one - captains unhappy when captain shouts freeze players put foot on ball salute the captain by shouting ''AHOY CAPTAIN" do this 3 times captains then happy
2nd one - Pirate ship is dirty when captain shouts Freeze and says '' clean the ship'' pirate puts foot on ball and rolls ball from heel to toe again do this 3 times
3rd one - the sails need put up to get ship moving to do this when coach shouts ''put up the sails'' Each player does 10 toe taps on the ball using both feet using there hands at same time to pretend there climbing the ladder. do this 3 times
4th one - Seaguls are coming to try and steal the ball when coach shouts freeze pirates put foot on ball looks out telescope when we shout seaguls are coming players lie on top of there ball. repeat 2 or 3 times.

fun game (15 mins)
We have now arrived on treasure island and theres loads or treasure chests (cones) but theres a problem there all locked. The way to open it is with the ball you must dribble to a tresure chest stop the ball about 3 yards away and pass the ball of the cone gently try to encourage using the inside of foot. Under the cones again get kids to use imagination and let them ''find'' anything they want.

goals (5 mins)
Finish off scoring goals players going round at there own pace.
make sure players are using there feet to change direction and not there hands
try to put as many goals as you can out even if it means using cones.
