6v6 (+4) Position Specific Switching Play Dynamic Game
Set-up: 30 x 40 yards. White team aim to retain possession and move the ball from one outside back to other outside back.Their aim is to complete 2-3 consecutive switches of play in order to score a point.
If blue wins the ball, they look to dribble the ball through the end line. The white players can pass the ball back to the outside player who they received from in order to keep possession.
White players inside use two touches and they have to complete at least 2 passess between themselves before they can move the ball to the opposite side. Outside players have 1 touch.

1-3-5-2 Offensive Responsibilities for Each Position
GK - very composed when playing from the back, always in a position of support in case backs need an outlet.
CB - also a composed player who's always in a position of support to HM and OB's. When building from the back, CB needs to act as a HM.
RB/LB - these players are critical if we are to have any success in building from the back. Must be able to make quick decision on the ball and be composed under pressure.
RM/LM - these players are our outlets. They can control the tempo of the game. Will need to be good decision makers as to when to go forward with passes into the streaking forwards, but will also need to know when to step on the ball and play into HM or OB's to keep possession if nothing forward is on.
HM - always needs to be in a position of support with all players on the field. This player needs to composed on the ball and understand proper spacing in relational to her teammates and the ball. Must also be able to hit 30-40 yard balls accurately to outside mids to start the attack.
AMs - these two players must love the ball and should be always trying to find gaps and space 'between the lines'. The more this player can turn and face the opposition back line, the more opportunities she will help our team to create.
FWs: These two forwards need to have great mobiltiy. Great willingness to make runs in behind and connect with each.. Must be selfless to make runs even if they don't they'll get the ball. Must be aggressive when they have the ball to go straight to goal. Must always have good communication with other forward to combine and play off of them. The front two need to have a good understanding and communciation between each other. They are also encouraged to interchange positions in the game. These two forwards are connected and always looking to get in behind defenses with their runs or turning and facing the opposition back line.

Pattern Play:
Decision making process when OM gets the ball
1. Look to play forward - play FW down the line into space
2. Play ball into FW who checks toward the ball; who then can look to switch it.
3. Drop it back to HM who then looks to switch it to LM or AM who then can switch it to LM.
