5 v 2 possession game
Player who has been in the longest moves to outside; two of outside players are each holding a different colored bib. Coach raises that color, possession team has 5 seconds to get ball to that color. If defenders prevent a touch for 5 seconds, BOTH defenders move to outside.

4v4 in wide areas.
Attacking team has dribbling gate. 2x if winger dribbles through
Defending team plays to counter goal.
All restarts from attacking 6 at top inside corner of grid
Coaching Points:
-- prevent penetrating pass, especially to cutting wing
-- defending winger tucks and gets close to six
-- fullback and center back communicate to midfielders in front to keep play predictable, in front.

6v8 to goal
1/2 field, defending team moving to dribbling gates. If attacking team gets a shot from a combination off of winger, it counts as a point; goal counts as three.
Coaching Points:
Weakside winger drift high so we have outlet for counter
Tight between lines: deny space
Communicate and co-ordinate: the defensive block shifts together.
