Initial Positioning
-Coach passes ball to either winger; each red player must touch the ball before they can score (fifth player's touch can be the strike)
-Attacking five red players restricted to laneways resembling their relative area on the pitch (all players restricted to lane EXCEPT for the striker)
-Striker can use BOTH middle lanes but ONLY one at a time; can only enter one from the 18-yard box
-Striker free to roam in 18-yard box, in practice this resembles checking in and out of play
-Blue starts holding the line on the top of the 18-yard box; if blue gains posession, they can move freely
-Blue attempts to score on either mini-net; this is meant to mimic releasing wingers for a fast counter attack
