Organisation

Whites in a 1-3-3 formation out of possession defending goal with yellows in a 3-2 formation. In possession whites looking to find one of 3 black target players. On receiving ball, black players combine wioth at least 1 pass before recycling into yellows. Yellows look to score as effectively as they can.

RULES/CONDITIONS

normal game to small goals (maximize & use space)

1-ball always starts at the back by the goal

2-in possession team must have 2 players in the shaded area who can use the full wide area up & down.

3-once in the final area then they can come inside the field and free to score.restriction is off

4-have to hit every zone before scoring to goal 1,2,wide 3 as eg.

5-def team can only go into the shaded area once player has had a 1st touch of ball

RULES/CONDITIONS

1-fast dribble in and out of the poles and at the end shoot

follow and go to the opposite line

2-Pass to the high player who takes a touch while the passing player hurdles over the obstacles and then recieves the ball at the end,control and pass through the hurdle and shoot.

goal doesn't count if player hits the final hurdle when passing through it or is knocked over.

both players go at same time but 2 without the ball and does same jumps without a ball,

so they finish with a cross on 1 and 2 player is finishing
