Method: Passing Drill/Pressure on the ball
Coaching Points: 3 Reds vs 2 Blues. Reds have to make 5 passes before they can switch the ball into the other grid in which you have a 3 blues vs 2 reds. However if the 3 reds make 5 passes they join the other 2 reds in the other grid which would make a 5v3 drill. if the 2 blues win the ball before the 3 reds make 5 passes they join the other 3 blues which would make a 5v2 drill.

Method: Attackers vs Defenders
Coaching Points: The 3 blues (Forwards) score on the bigger goal while the 3 reds (Defenders) score on the small goals, if the reds score on the 3 small goals then they swap with the blues so they get a chance to score on the big goals
