Set up 3 zones with a goal at the end of each zone. Coach stands on the side with extra balls to keep the practice flowing
Put a player from each team in each box red on one side blue on the other side. Players are stuck in their box. play with 1 ball. Players can pass to their team mates in other Boxes they can also score on any goal. Play for 2 min and encourage the principles from below
1) closest player presses
2) second player covers
3) player balances
+) After a couple minutes take out the center line and play 1v1 in each Chanel with 1 ball. Now players can put more pressure on the ball.
+) Now open it up to if a player gets beat in a 1v1 the player from the channel next door can make a recovery run into the box to put pressure on the ball
+) Take the Chanels away and just play 3v3 with 6 goals. Keep pressing to player the defending principles

Set up field, play two teams red vs blue. In the corner of the fields mark off 4 boxes.
1) Play a regular scrimmage
2) Introduce boxes in the corner. If the defenders force the attackers into the box then its a turn over. Coach plays a ball straight into the defending team to keep the tempo high
