Perparation
4 different coloured gates are organised with 1 player at each gate and 1 player in the middle.
Variation 1
* Player A passes the ball to the player B.
* Player A returns the ball to player B until a color is called
* Then player B must dribble to the correct gate
* Player at the gate makes his way into the middle
* Repeat with player B passing the ball to the middle
Variations
* The ball is served using a variety of different methods
- Rolled on the ground
- Bounced for a half-volley
- Aerially for a volley
- Aerially for a header

Big square with a smaller square in the middle. 1 player in the centre and 2-4 players on the outside
Variation 1
* Player A passes the ball to the player B (follow ball)
* Player A takes first touch towards player C
* Player A passes to player C and moves to outside
* Repeat

* The ball is served using a variety of different methods
- Rolled on the ground
- Bounced for a half-volley
- Aerially for a volley
- Aerially for a header
* Add a floating defender

Preparation
Mark out 2 squares of 10-15m in size. Seperate players into 2 teams of 3 or 4 players in each team.
Variation 1
* Player A passes the ball to player B (follows ball).
* Player B controlls the ball and passes to player C (follow ball)
* Player C controls the ball and passes to player D (move to A)
* Player D repeats the exercise with players F and G
Variation 2
Same as variation 1, except that pass the ball with their first touch
Variation 3
Same as variation 1 and 2, except the opposition in the box try to stop the pass position D.
Summary
Players should play the way they are facing
Playesr should control the ball to allow for the pass
Players should position themselves to recieve and make the pass

Perparation
3 different coloured gates are organised with 1 player situated centrally to all three gates. Pair off the players into pairs.
Variation 1
* Player A passes the ball to the player B.
* Player A returns the ball to player B until a color is called
* Then player B must take first touch towards correct gate
* Player B returns the ball to player A and repeat
* Swap positions after 10-20 rotations
Variations
* The ball is served using a variety of different methods
- Rolled on the ground
- Bounced for a half-volley
- Aerially for a volley
- Aerially for a header
