Organization:
Set up 3 or 4 small goals approx. 3-4 yards wide. Plus a line of cones that are 3 yards behind so that they keepers move around them before going into the next goal.
Instructions:
The keeper starts on the first cone and makes diving saves to balls served along the ground. they are allowed one or two small quick steps plus a larger impulse step to start their dive. They then get up and run around the cone that is behind them (always facing the ball). Once they get back to the next cone they make another diving save in the next goal. They continue until they get to the end.
After they work one side they wait at that end until all of the keepers have been once then they work the opposite side on the way back.
Progressions:
1- Save balls that are served in the air.
Coaching Points:
Small quick steps before starting the dive.
Lean slightly forwards when you run backwards.
Everytime you are at a goal get into the set position.
Move both hands to the ball at the same time when trying to hold onto the ball.

Organization:
Use a goal that is the right size for the age of your players. Have 1 working keeper plus 2 that are going to dribble and shoot.
Instructions:
Player 1 dribbles the ball towards goal. The keeper has to come out to narrow the angle. Player 1 then passes the ball across goal to player 2 how can either shoot first time or take a touch and then shoot. The keeper has to move their feet quickly to get across goal to make the save.
Progressions:
1- If its too hard for them with dribbling, passing and moving out of the goal. Start with them already out and have player 1 close to them and have them pass across goal to player 2. Instead of them dribbling and then passing.
2- Dribble/pass from the other side so the keepers have to go the other direction.
3- Shots must be first time, making the shot come quicker after the pass.
Coaching Points:
Move out to narrow the angle quickly.
Once the pass is made move across the goal quickly.
Make an effort on each shot even if you are far away and don't think you will save it.
Keep an eye on the ball.

Instructions:
The keeper starts on the ground as if they have just made a save. On the coaches command they have to get up and make a save to the same side between the cone and the post.
Work both sides.
Progressions:
1- The keeper makes a low save then has to get up and make the second save between the con and the post.

Organization:
Set up 4 or 5 cones in a line that are roughly 2 feet apart with a small goal at the end, roughly 5 yards wide. Make sure to have plenty of soccer balls.
Instructions:
The keepers start at the end of the cones facing the cone goal. They have to move through he cones with fast feet, keeping their head up as much as possible so that they are looking at the ball. When they get into the goal they get into the set position and catch a ball that is served to them at varying heights so that they use different catching techniques.
Progressions:
1- Fast feet through the cones but when they get halfway they catch a ball that is served to them. They then continue through the remaining cones and come into the goal. They then catch a second ball which is served to them.
2- Fast feet through the cones but when they get halfway they catch a ball that is served to them. They then continue through the remaining cones and come into the goal. They then make a diving save to balls served along the ground.
3- Fast feet through the cones but when they get halfway they catch a ball that is served to them. They then continue through the remaining cones and come into the goal. They then make a diving save to balls served in the air.
4- Fast feet through all the cones into the goal. They claim a high ball first then move back into the goal to save a shot along the ground.
5- Fast feet through all the cones into the goal. They claim a high ball first then move back into the goal to save a shot in the air.
Encourage the keepers to hold on to as many shots as they can.

Keep your hands in the set position whilst moving through the cones.
Keep your head up as much as possible so that you are looking towards the ball.
