Part 1

1 Plays a good quality pass to 2 who must feint before receiving.

From position 2, player dribbles and then shoots from around 10/12 metres.

Player 1 follows pass to join the opposite line.

When player 2 had finished he joins the serving line.


On completion, the other side takes their turn shooting right footed.


Players can change lines but must shoot with the appropriate foot.

Player B plays a pass to Player A (A must feint prior to receiving)

Player B follows pass to take up new position on half way line

Player A plays a pass to Player C (C must feint prior to receiving)

Player C then lays off to A who is arriving to finish

After finishing, the setter, Player C joins the end of the line as marked.

A1, after shooting, moves to A2 to take up a position as a setter for the other side of the shooting line.

Part 3

B1 plays a pass to C1

B1 follows pass to join opposite line

C1 controls and plays a pass to A1

A1 lays off to where C1 has made a run

A1 then moves wide to make a 2v1 against the GK

From here the C1 & A1 to make their best decision based on the GK.

On finishing, C1 becomes the settter on the other side.

A1 joins the then of the line to be a passer
