Organization: Square with gates on the corners.
Instructions: Play the ball through the gates and follow your pass.
Coaching Points:
1) Back foot.
2) Speed of play
3) Open body shape
4) Weight of pass
5) Speed of pass.

Organization: 6 Players per grid. 2 Target Men, 2 of one team, 2 of another. If numbers are uneven, then a 7th nuetral player can be added that plays with possession.
Instructions: Players must work the ball from end to end to score points.
Coaching Points:
1) Back foot receiving.
2) Positive touch.
3) First look should be forward.
4) Move the ball quickly to avoid pressure.
5) Quality, weight, speed and accuracey of passes.
6) Constant clever movement to loose defenders and open passing lanes.
7) Good support.
8) Defenders try to deny central penetration.

Organization: 25x40 Grid. 4 gates. 4v4/5v5 plus a neatral player with possession.
Instructions: Idea is to score as many goals through the gates as possible by passing through the gate and having the pass received and controlled the other side of the gate.
Coaching Points:
1) When in possession, ensure your team creates space as a team, both wide and long to make the pitch as big as possible.
2) Players thinking “one step ahead”, not where the ball is, but where it is going to be.
3) As the ball moves, the players should constantly be moving to find and create space (create passing windows left and right)
4) Always more than one passing option of a player in space for the player on the ball.
5) Communication between players
6) Quality of passing to feet, space, first time passing or pass and control?
7) Runs to create space for other players
8) Movement to create 2v1 situations.
