Organization:
1. 20 x 25 grid as shown
2. Mutiple balls
Instructions/Story:
1. Players are ghosts, it is their job to run around the grid and not get tagged by the Ghostbuster.
2. The coach will play the role of the Ghostbuster, their job is to gently pass the ball into a players feet to turn them into a Ghostbuster.
3. If a player gets tagged, they must go get a proton pack and help the coach tag ghosts.
4. The last ghost to not get tagged is the winner.
5. Reset the balls and play again.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up, chin off chest
2. Use different movements to avoid being tagged - jump, skip, roll, hop
3. Use laces or instep of foot when striking ball, no toes
Progressions:
1. Add a time limit
2. Decrease the field space
3. Players are the Ghostbusters and the Coach is the ghost, first player to tag the coach wins the game.
