Progression
One player from each team races against each other.
Players sprint around the outside of each cone before sprinting back to your team.
Same drill but in a team relay. Players must tag the next person before starting their lap.

HIIT Interval Training
Box to Box, 15 Second Sprint with 30 seconds rest with the ball between a partner working on technical work. 8-10 Reps.

Continous Intensive Training
Players split into two groups, number them 1 and 2, they pass and move the ball around the centre cirlce, when the coach shouts a number they have to run to the corner flag within 15 seconds with a 45 seconds break.
Do this for 8 Reps per Group

Endurance SSG
Split into two teams, players can only score if everyone in team is across the halfway line
If they miss a shot then they have run to their goal line

SSG
Game management, get the teams to organise formations and player positions. Coach the game, add player challenges or team challenges depending on the game.
You could add contraints such as two touch, under head height etc.
