Relay Rondo

6v2 Rondo with a twist

2 Defenders go through the speed ladder to start the 6v2 rondo

Once they win the ball they turn and run back through the speed ladder

Once all the defenders have gone (once or twice coaches choice) then they switch with the attackers

Attackers count consecutive passes, team with the most at the end wins and losing team does extra running/pushups/situps, etc.
