Organization:
- Ball each
- Gates placed around the area
- 30x30 area
Instructions:
- Players must perform changes of direction at each gate:
1) Pull Back
2) Cruyff Turn
3) Outside Hooks
4) Brushes through the gate
Coaching Points:
- Can players use all surfaces of both feet
- Check for spaces to move into
Progressions/Regressions:
- Add defenders to block gates and force players to turn to a new one.

Organization:
- 4 blues and 4 reds start behind the goal.
- 2 wingers (start position dependent on numbers)
- Balls start at each end
Instructions:
- Player work in pairs (3s depending on the numbers)
- Ball is played out wide foe the winger who takes a touch out of their feet and delivers a cross.
- The two attacking players attempt to make runs into the box to finish on goal.
Coaching Points:
- Forward passes into the stride of the winger
- Timing of the run from both the winger and attacking players.
- Variation of run. Do players make differint runs?
Progressions/Regressions:
- Reds have to make a combination before the ball is played out wide.

Organization:
- Same field layout and set up
- Wingers on either side
Instructions:
- Teams take turns to attack each others goal with one defender allowed to pressure in the middle
- If the defender regains possession they can use the wingers to try and score
- Central zone players must stay central but wingers are allowed inside when the situation allows.
Coaching Points:
- When to penertrate?
- Type of cross? Low, driven, cut back
- Variation of run? Near post, far posr edge of the box.
Progressions/Regressions:
- 2vs2 in the central area

- 4vs4 in the middle the the same field layout
- Neutral wingers
Instructions:
- If a goal is scored from a cross it counts as 3 goals
- To begin with the wingers cannout be pressured inside there zone.
Coaching Points:
- Can wide players receieve the ball in their stride or to feet when high up the field?
- Combinations to get the ball out wide
- can we get players into the box.
- Do wide players take a "prep" touch before delivering
Progressions/Regressions:
- 1 players is allowed to pressure the wide player

Juggling Starter (10 mins)
Organization:
- 30x30 area
- Ball each
Instructions:
- Players juggle freely seeing how many they can get
- Coach can challenge players to juggle in a pyramid format
- Coach can also show plaer a way of getting th ball of the ground without using their hands.
Coaching Points:
- Can players let the ball drop to their feet as oppossed to kicking high in the air
Progressions/Regressions:
- Challenge players who are having success.
