Organization:2 to a group. CM and wingers
Instructions: Exercise 1 1.) coach plays ball to cm back foot. Cue for winger to get wide. 2.)Cm plays to winger back foot who takes positive touch forward into space. 3.)Move to cut inside 4.) Shot
Exercise 2: Same set up; Cm fakes to one winger; goes to other. Still playing to back foot, positive first touch, move to cut in and go to goal.
Exercise 3: Lofted ball to winger; 1 or 2 touch to find cm. who switches play with through ball to opposite winger. (Timing of run, staying onside)
Coaching Points: CM -Angle to receive ball for , quality off pass (play to back foot.)
Winger- Open to field. first touch into space, Driving . Quality of move(ronaldo chop, stop start)
-For exercise 3, take step in direction ball is coming to grab half step from non existent defender

Instructions: A plays to B who checks infront of cones and turns. Dribbles through cones has a go at goal. Then ball from coach; "first time"-hit it with front foot/ or 2 touch receive on back foot
Coaching Points: Quality of turn to dribble through cones, Quality of exit touch.
