Players are lined on opposite sides of the field
- Each player has their own ball
- Players do a technical (toe touches, bells, roll foward/backwards, roll side to side) move until coach says "go"
- Once coach yells go each player takes off to mid field at a full speed dribble
- Then players stop the on on the line then dribble back
- Coach then calls second move and players begin working as fast as they can until coach yells "go"

A. Two feet in each, sprint, 20 toe touches on ball, sprint around cone, and jog back
B. Hop through ladder, sprint, 20 bells, broad jumps, jog back
C. Left side two in two out, left side shuffle, roll ball forward and bakward (10 each foot), sprint, jog home
D. Right side two in two out, right side shuffle, roll ball side to side (10 ea. foot), sprint around cone, jog back
E. Ladder: right in, two out, left in, two out, sprint, roll ball back, push with inside to opposite foot (20 times), backpeddle around cone, and jog back.
