Area: 55x70 (5yrds either side of 18yrd)

Both teams will play 1-4-1-3
1st block
Front 3 will press back 4 and GK in defensive third
2nd block
Front 3 will sit off with a mid block and start in central zone
Once ball goes into central zone aggressive with press and if ball is played back into defensive zone can go press also
3rd block
Can choose either to press high or to sit off in a mid block
