Teams divided into three teams by colors, two teams play together to maintain possession while the other defends, ten passes constitute a point. When the team defending wins the ball the team that gave up possession becomes the defending team. The numbers in this game can be easily manipulated by adjusting the field size.
- Movement off the ball, can we give the player with the ball two options? Can we move the defenders to hit the splitting/forward pass?
- Using space available, can we go short than long?
- Transition, how quickly can we switch from attack to defense and vice versa?
- Defensively can we apply pressure and take away the closest options?

Player 1 passes the ball thru the gate and follows his pass, Player 2 is prepared to receive and takes their 1st touch past the cone to play on their second touch. Practice both the extended and across the body techniques with both feet.
