Set Up
Size depends on numbers - can stretch or shrink the grid accordingly
2 OPTIONAL pug goals set up on ends of the grid (put ~3-5 yards in-between the end line of the grid to the goal)
Objective
The objective of this activity is for the end teams to successfully play through the gaps.
Defending team can send 2 players into the attacking team's grid to create a 5v2.
Defenders are trying to win the ball and score on the pug goal as fast as possible
If attacking team (white) can play across to other attacking team (black), the defending team sends 2 new players to win the ball from black to create a 5v2 in other end of the grid.
End teams get a point for every time they can complete a pass to opposite end team
Options
-Create a transition game - if blues (defenders) win the ball from white, white becomes the new defending team in the middle and blue replaces the white team in the left side of the grid (if you lose the ball, you become the new defenders)

2 white target players on the outside opposite of each other
2 blue target players on the outside opposite of each other

Objective
Blue players in the middle are trying to play into one target player and then connect to the opposite target player for one point. White players are trying win the ball from blue and proceed to play to one of their target players and then connect to the other target player for a point.
Target players can move across the entire width of the end-line
Options:
Target player can play directly to other target player but it doesn't count as a point
Players must connect at least one pass inside of the grid before playing into the opposite target player
