Each player with a ball
4 players per group. 2 divided on each side.
Instructions:
1. Drive at the (blue) obstacle.
2. Perform the move around the obstacle.
3. Accelerate away with a Ronaldo touch
4. High-five the next player in line. (Cue to go)
Coaching Points:
1. Messi / Ronaldo (space / cone)
2. Specific information on technique (Body shape, speed, size of touch(es), etc.)
3. Quality of touch coming out of technique
4. Head Up, next movement

Organization:
3 lines of players
Player in line 1 with ball as shown.
Instructions:
1. Player B opens gap on eye contact.
2. Player A passes to player B.
3. Player B passes to player C.
4. Player C drives into space, performs given technique on player B who provides passive pressure by running across space to block player C.
5. Rotation: A to B to C to A.
Coaching Points:
1. Defender drives into space.
2. Recognition of defender (can I keep driving? do I need to change direction?).
3. Quality / Timing of technique.
4. Head up / preparation for next movment coming out of technique.
Progressions:
R - eliminate passes, replace player A with use of endline (end goal), player C starts with ball and dribbles, player B blocks space on eye contact.
P - go live, player C tries to get to endline.
P - player A is addiontal defender once beating player B.

Instructions:
1. Attackers try and score by getting into the end zone and stopping the ball
2. Once the ball goes out of play or is scored the next player from the opposition goes.

Instructions:
1. Players start on eye contact / attacker's (white) first step
2. Attacker attempts to cross the endline without being tagged by the defender
3. Point for crossing endline w/o getting tagged; point for tagging the attacker as the defender
4. Switch lines
Coaching Points:
1. Attack space with speed (get defender's momentum up).
2. If defender gets across, change direction (use his momentum against him).
3. Timing and technique of change of direction
