Part 1 - Dribble gates 

- Players in a gate need to do 5 jumping jacks in the gate and then sprint to a player outside with the ball.  Give that player a high five and they trade places. Repeat (3 minute periods).

- Switch players in the gates have the ball and players on the outside do not.  Players in the middle need to do 5 taps with the ball in a gate and then dribble out to a player on the outside to switch places and the ball.

- Competition - Players have 1 minute to dribble through as many gates possible.  After they go through a gate they must complete a pass with an outside player before entering through a new gate.  Players stay in the inside until the minute is over and keep track of how many gates they made it through.

Part 3 - "Battleship" 

Team A is going against Team B trying to knock their 4 soccer balls off the cones just outside the grid. First team to knock down all 4 soccer balls off the cones win.
