Organization:
-Each 1v1 grid 10x25, vary as needed.
-Cone goal at each end of each grid.
Instructions:
-1v1's in the box. Can either allow for transition(defenders can attack if they win ball) or call play dead once defender wins the ball/ball goes out.
-Attackers cannot shoot unless they are past half field.
-Keep score individually and for team.
Coaching Points:
-Proper angle of approach, speed of approach, and defensive positioning.
-What is good defending?
-Most important, don't concede a goal. Second, don't allow a ball in behind the defense.

-Same set up, now with a clear separation between either of the two fields.
Instructions:
-2v2's in either half.
-Attackers can score in either goal, but must shoot past half-field.
-Must stay within zone

-Can allow attackers to switch zones but must always have one in each.

Organization:
-One ball for each pair of players.
Instructions:
-Players pass back and forth with each other. At random, they complete the following.
1) If a player receives the ball and puts his foot on top of it, the other player approaches in a defensive posture and touches the ball, then backpedals quickly.
2) Player receives the ball through his legs and turns, other player goes to defend with attackers back to him. Attacker turns and roles are switched as the ball is played through the defenders legs.
3) Player receives ball and drives at defender who is now shuffling in a defensive position.
