Description
The focus shifts back to technique and high quality touches. Here we are introducing the 'drag back' and further exploring the inside and outside hooks. After every 5 touches, the players must perform one of the 3 turns. Encourage them to use all 3 and to attempt to use their weaker foot if they are successful with their stronger foot.
Coaching Points
Good contact with the ball
Knees bent / low center of gravity
Accelerate after turning

Description
Split group into 4 teams. When the coach says 'Go', the first player in each group runs to the balls in the middle. They must perform one of the turns in order to get the ball and face back towards their corner. When they have dribbled back to their corner the next player may go. Team with most balls in their corner wins.

Description
Everyone with a ball. In the City, we need cars to get around. Start the players off with dribbling in to space, all directions at different speeds: Red light (stop), Yellow light (slow), Green light (go). At your discretion, add in further instruction:
Reverse: Roll the ball backwards with sole of the foot. Make sure to look over shoulder.
Sharp Turn: Introduce inside and outside hook turns.
Wipers: Have the kids use their arms like windshield wipers. This builds coordination and balance.
