3v3 to Goal
Play begins with B, playing a give and go with the first defender, the play is then live with a 3v3 to goal. As soon as that ball is dead, all players stay on the field and will receive a ball from A, then finally C. So each play is worth 3 points. Play 5 minutes and then swap the defenders roles.

Conditioned Game 3v3 / 4v4
Players play a normal game within tight spaces. The key is if the ball goes out on the side of the field that they are defending this will trigger a switch so new players come on. Play continues for 10 minutes, keep score.

1v1 Play
1v1 Warm Up
Players start straight away with a 1v1 situation to set the tone for the remainder of the session. Defenders start with the ball and play into attacker to start the 1v1. 3 minutes then swap the roles, after 6 minutes swap the two fields so they are playing someone new.
Coaching Points
- Ensure the ball is driven into the attackers to test their touch.
- Encourage the player on the ball to be as creative as they like,
- Encourage the defender to close the player down quickly we want the space to be tight as possible.
