Warm up (15 mins)

Simple warm-up, 2 laps around the pitch includiong, jogging, heel flicks, high knees, side steps and lunges. This will warm the players bodys up. Then the players can lead stretches in the centre of the pitch to loosen any muscles and make them more pliable so there's less chance of injury.

If anyone would need additional stretching they are able to go off to the side and do so.
