Screen 1 (20 mins)

Dribbling moves down a cone area dribbling back with there ball to start over. They will always come back dribbling with the outside of the foot switching feet

In side out side 3 min switching feet

Rolling the ball with both feet 3 min

Dribbling and stopping at the cone line both feet 3 min

Inside outside both feet at the same time 3 min

Screen 2 (20 mins)

There will be two stations

One parent volunteer from each side in the corners so players are receiving the cross from both left and right side. The player will shoot the leave his ball with the coach and switch lines after each shot. Parent will roll balls to the players

6 min of shooting with the inside

6 min of shooting with the laces

6 min of shooting with the outside

Coaching points, that they shoot with the correct foot, and use both feet, follow through with the shot

Screen 3 (20 mins)

1v1

Player A will be waiting for the ball

Player B will start with the ball

Player B will then send a pass to Player A

Player A will then receive the ball with the inside, outside or bottom of the foot

Player A is going to try and dribble past Player B and score

Player B will then switch with Player A
